Rates vary by season. We reduce our rates by nearly 50% during the winter since guests won't be able to fully enjoy the outdoor area. Depending on the season, we have a 3 day or 5 day minimum. We don't charge per person. We are legally limited to 8 people. We offer many items for free during your visit that will save you money. This includes the many convenience items inside the home. However, we also offer sleds, snowshoes, campons, etc. for your use during your stay for free. In addition, we offer the most flexible cancellation policy available. Want to stay longer? We offer discounts for stays over 6 nights.
