I'm not a betting man, but if I were, now would be a good time to bet there will be no snow this weekend.  Why? Because my plow is installed and ready to go.  I think it will scare away any possibility of snow.  Seriously, there is suppose to be 12 inches of snow tonight.  When they predict 12 inches it usually means either we won't get any or we will get two foot!  Stay tuned!

Did you know that there have been numerous sightings of Big Foot in and around Estes?  No Really.  If you do a search, you will be shocked to read how much Big Foot activity centers on Estes Park.  There are videos and still pictures online.  If you are "believer," you don't want to miss this presentation on May 20th.

There is still time to snow shoe.  Most of the snow is currently packed and icy.  However, there is new snow coming later this week.  If you stay at the Overlook, be sure to ask about our snow shoes.

This was actually taken in Bermuda!  We took a month off and took a cruise across the Atlantic and explored cities in and around the Mediterranean.  We stopped at Bermuda and rode a scooter around the island. What fun!  Unfortunately, we had to close the Overlook for 5 weeks.  Now that we are back, we will continue updating this Blog as we approach our busy summer season.  Here we go......
