This is a picture looking straight at the front of the Overlook. It was taken December 2022. On the right you can see lights above the yard and the Outdoor Bar. Behind the cabin is nothing but forest. In fact, the property backs up to the Rocky Mountain National Park.

This photo was taken the same time as the previous photo. It shows the front of the cabin from a different perspective. The Overlook was one of the original homesteads in Estes Park. It is perched on Eagle Cliff Mountain overlooking the valley.

Here is a different view of the home, yard, Outdoor Bar and Gazebo which can barely be seen behind the Outdoor Bar.

Here is another photo of the cabin. It shows the "Love Locks" built into the front wall, the flag pole, and the grassed yard. You wont see any homes behind the Overlook. You will only find forest.

Here is the view from the front porch. The mountain on the right side is Prospect Mountain. This is where the Estes Park Tram runs. You can watch the tram from the front porch, yard, or even the Hot Tub.

Another perspective on the front view. The road that approaches the Overlook is private. It dead ends just past the Overlook. This last few hundred feet of road is slightly steep and can be slippery in winter. This is why we recommend all wheel or four wheel drive in winter.

The master bedroom has a sitting area, bookshelf full of books and games, and a walk in closet. It also has doors that open to a private patio directly off the bedroom.

This is the view out the back door of the Overlook.

This custom Gazebo has a hot tub inside as well as a fireplace. It is private and secluded.

In the winter, the Outdoor Bar magically transforms into Santa's Workshop. If you are lucky, you might spot Santa instructing his Elves.
